Lisa is a musician from the north East of England. Her talents include both playing guitar and singing. At the age of 14 Lisa began learning to play guitar, and later went on to graduate from the Academy of Music and Sound with a BA degree in music.

Lisa has been performing infront of audiences since she was 18 years old! Over time she worked with many musicians and now enjoys playing festivals, weddings and parties!

Live Performance

Lisa is currently the guitarist for a brilliant function band called Borderland. They play a range of different music including pop, rock, funk and soul.

Lisa is playing live with Borderland every weekend, performing at weddings, parties, cooperate events, and charity events!

The Author of Guitar geeks Set Up Guide

Lisa released her first book in mid 2021, and it has went on to become an international seller.

In 2022 Guitar Geeks Set Up Guide received a brilliant review by Guitar Girl Magazine!

In June, Lisa's book started to become noticed by guitar shops, and is now in stores located in Newcastle and Liverpool.

Guitar Teacher

When Lisa graduated university, she began teaching private guitar lessons. She has taught children as young as 6 years old, and adults as old as 67!
Many of Lisa's guitar students went on to become great players themselves.
Although Lisa no longer offers 1-2-1 guitar lessons, she does have a range of guitar lesson videos on her Youtube channel.
